Who Will It Be?

Artist Statement:

This design has the eventual winner of the 150th Kentucky Derby crossing the finish line with the handmade medallion scarf or imaginary banner (as if he/she ran a marathon or race of his/her life). I have created a weatherproof 150th medallion for the “tack-tile” feel.
